These Terms apply to all services and platforms operated by Greenlight Partners, including:

The Fractional Academy and related training programs
The Set The Date program and other digital learning products
The Fractional Roster (our talent marketplace)
The Fractional Circle (community platform)
Circle+ and enhanced membership tiers
AI agents, automations, and digital tools
Strategy sessions, intensives, and consulting engagements
Events and summits (in-person or online)

4. Payment Terms

All services are provided on a paid basis unless explicitly marked as free.

Subscription products (e.g. Academy, Circle+) renew automatically unless cancelled
One-off products or prograns are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Payment is processed via Stripe or other secure third-party platforms
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified

5. Refunds & Guarantees

Some products include specific guarantees (e.g. the Academy Membership Return Promise).

6. Consultant Conduct & Marketplace Terms

Consultants using the Fractional Roster, Circle, or Academy must:

Maintain an accurate and professional profile
Engage respectfully with clients and other members
Abide by platform rules and conduct expectations
Not use the platform for unsolicited sales or third-party promotions
Understand that Greenlight is not a party to individual consulting contracts unless explicitly agreed

Failure to follow these terms may result in removal without refund.

7. Use of AI Agents and Tools

Greenlight Partners provides access to AI-powered tools and agents. By using these:

You accept that AI-generated outputs are suggestions, not legal, financial, or professional advice
You remain fully responsible for how you act on information provided
You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute agent prompts or code
You agree not to input confidential or protected client data unless anonymised

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to any AI feature.

8. Community Participation (Circle & Circle+)

By participating in the Fractional Circle, you agree to:

Engage constructively with fellow members
Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality where appropriate
Avoid spammy, aggressive, or inappropriate content
Follow platform moderation and posting guidelines

Members who violate these principles may be removed at our discretion.
